OOPBUY - SEE-IT-FIRST SHEETS

Oopbuy spreadsheet - see the goods before you pay for them.

Shelves you can browse freely, then a buying side that photographs, measures, consolidates and tracks. Nothing vanishes into a black box - each stage shows up where you can watch it.

The short version
  • Discover— move through categories comparing silhouettes, prices and the small details.
  • Order— order directly, or paste a marketplace link and let the agent buy it for you.
  • Check— checked and packed before dispatch, and you can ask for more angles at any point.
  • Receive— everything arrives as one consolidated box, tracked from warehouse to door.

Settled versus still-to-check, end to end

Anxiety comes from not knowing what is settled and what needs a check. Here is the whole Oopbuy journey, laid out.

Why it's worth it

Why choose Oopbuy?

No mark-up, straight from source

Items are sourced directly from third-party platforms such as 1688, Taobao and Weidian — no mark-up on the item price.

Five platforms, one account

Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Tmall and Pinduoduo — one account, and a pasted link is all it takes.

1:1 quality inspection on arrival

Trained staff check each item 1:1 on arrival and upload QC photos — review them before you approve shipping.

90 days of free storage + consolidation

Items rest free for 90 days while you keep buying, then merge into one parcel.

Safe payment in two clear steps

Pay for the goods first, then the international freight once they reach the warehouse — two clear payments, tracked end to end.

A no-guesswork guide

This guide shows what is settled and what to confirm at each stage — no hype, no fake links.

The workflow

Four stages between spotting something and receiving it

Every Oopbuy order follows the same rhythm — pay for the item, QC at the warehouse, then pay shipping and ship.

1
Place the order

Paste the item link into Oopbuy or search by name, set your options and pay for the goods.

2
To the warehouse

The seller ships to the Oopbuy warehouse, where your item is stored free for up to 90 days.

3
Quality check

Oopbuy runs a 1:1 check on each item, uploads photos and records the weight for a shipping estimate.

4
Ships to you

Pick a shipping line, pay the international freight and track the parcel until it arrives.

Start here

Find it first

Type what you are after, or pick a category from the Oopbuy shelf and start browsing there.

Where finds come from

Which platform is your find on?

Paste a link from any major marketplace into Oopbuy — one entry point for every source.

Taobao 淘宝

The biggest consumer marketplace — huge variety, everyday finds.

Weidian 微店

Independent sellers and boutique stores, popular for trend items.

1688

Wholesale and sourcing — lower unit prices, often a minimum quantity.

Tmall 天猫

Official brand storefronts with stricter seller standards.

Pinduoduo 拼多多

Strong on low prices and group-buy deals — everyday small items are often cheaper here.

Good to know

Prices, stock and minimums live on the seller side — the live quote confirms them.

Field notes

Popular categories at a glance

A short note on each shelf section — who it suits, what to check, how to size it.

Hoodies

Built for heavyweight fleece and boxy shapes. Confirm GSM and whether it runs oversized. Tip: match the flat-lay chart, not the size letter.

Tees

Good for basics, boxy fits and printed tees. Confirm body length and shoulder width. Tip: a boxy cut is already generous, so measure first.

Caps

Good for classic curved brims and strap backs. Confirm circumference and how it closes. Tip: ask whether the embroidery is centred before it ships.

Totes

Suits daily carry and weekend trips. Confirm the litre capacity and inner zip pocket. Tip: inspect the handle stitching where the load actually sits.

Apparel

Good for sweatpants, outerwear and knits. Confirm waist and inseam in centimetres. Tip: compare flat against a garment that already fits you.

Accessories

Made for socks, belts, keychains and small goods. Confirm the material and the size. Tip: these are the cheapest things to consolidate into one box.

Where it goes wrong

Three ways people get it wrong

Sorting by price and stopping there

The row at the bottom of the price order usually carries a single blurred photograph and almost no specification, and no amount of staring at the shelf will change that — the truth only appears once somebody buys it.

Better habit: put the number and the detail shots side by side. Images taken before anything is packed will always out-inform a price.

Assuming your size travels

Two sellers using the same letter can mean two garments several centimetres apart, and loose cuts are where the gap is widest, so the shelf records measurements instead.

Better habit: take a garment you own, measure it flat, and compare against the figures listed on that row.

Posting one item per parcel, repeatedly

Two parcels mean two international charges. Letting Oopbuy send them together as one carton almost always costs less.

Better habit: hold everything in the warehouse until it can leave in one box — the free rest period is long enough to make that practical.

Quick answers

Beginner questions

The agent service is free — you pay the item, international freight and a small customs fee, all shown on the quote before you pay.

Shall we turn that find into an actual box?

Find the item first — then leave the buying, the 1:1 check and the shipping to Oopbuy.
